So ever since we found out we are having a little girl...I have not been able to focus on anything but all the fun clothes, hair bows, and room decorations she is going to have. I have decided to get a head start on decorating her room. As the AZ heat continues to get hotter and more exhausting every day I want to be ready before I am to miserable to move. The first purchase I made came just hours after we found out she was a girl and that was her bedding. I had had my eyes on this for weeks and didn't want it to be discontinued by the time I was ready....so why wait! Secondly, I received a coupon for Carter's....HUGE mistake. I am banned from that store until further notice! Everything was adorable and cheap how could I not???
Third, we purchased her crib on Sunday and came home and put it together. It looks wonderful with the bedroom funiture that was already in that room. Well you know me...can't leave an empty crib when you have bedding to go on it.
I know it will have to come off and be rewashed before she arrives, but it looks so darn cute! The next thing on our list is to have Ben and my brother paint the room. Once that is finished, I have a friend from work who is going to paint a tree up the side of the wall so I can continue to decorate as the picture below shows.
Can't hardly stand it...121 more days! I just love looking into her room and thinking she will be here before we know it.
