first everything

Oh how I love Dove Carmel candy! Jenny just happened to secretly leave one on my desk for me this morning. Almost as much as eating these wonderful, tasty, deliciously satisfying pieces of candy is the little phrase on the inside wrapper. Today's was a new one and I think my fav in a long time. a bunch of nothing

I got this from Angie's blog and thought since I haven't posted in a while I would take some time to answer these fun ?????'s

1.) What were you doing ten years ago?

I was packing my stuff to move out to az with my family. We left 10 years ago on August 13th, 1997. I left behind a lot of friends, family, a boy who I thought I was in love with, and the best street to EVER live on (Amy Dr.) I was 16 and beginning my Junior year at what seemed like at the time the biggest high school in the world Gilbert High (I came from a small school with a class of 185 students compared to the 665 I later graduated with) This was a real life changing event that I did not like at the time, but looking back it was worth all of the tears.

2) What were you doing 1 year ago?

Planning for the biggest day of my life! Making invitations, stressing over what shoes to buy (or what I could find), my hairstyle, flowers, food, and everything else that comes with planning a wedding. By far the favorite day of my life! Everything about it was perfect!!!

3.) 5 snacks you enjoy

4.) 5 songs you know all of the lyrics to

Iris (by the Goo Goo Dolls)- my favorite song in the whole world!

Insensitive (by Jann Arden)- reminds me of the summer of 1996

Summer Lovin' (from the Grease soundtrack)- because who doesn't know that song!

5.) 5 things you would do if you were a millionaire

Buy a large house that had a guest house behind it for my mom

Buy a beachhouse in Cabo (even though I have never been there it looks fabulous)

Go back to college and get another degree (in marketing)

Buy a Volvo XC90 (they are beautiful)

Travel the world

6.) 5 bad habits

always wanting more than what i currently have

Spend time with my husband when he is home

a size 6 (i'm convinced it can't happen, no matter how hard i try)

my bangs in a big "flower power" like fashion

mc hammer pants ( i did actually own 2 pairs of them and they were bright colored, what was I thinking)

bodysuits (angie, that was a good one! I forgot all about those crazy contraptions)

plaid flannel shirts (for some reason I was a big fan of these)

10.) Where will you be in 10 years

Probably living in a different state (because of Ben's job), hopefully with at least 2 kids (a boy and a girl), and living life just as happy as I am right now!
